What is filler?

When an anime catches up to the manga it is adapting, the studio often produces filler — episodes written only for the anime that do not move the main story forward. Some shows are barely touched by it (One Piece is only about 8% filler); others are nearly half filler in places (Naruto's original run ends with a long filler stretch). This site marks every episode so you can decide for yourself:

CANON adapts the manga — watch it. MIXED — WATCH blends manga scenes with filler — watch it, the canon parts matter. ANIME CANON is original to the anime but part of its continuity — most viewers watch it. FILLER — SKIP is anime-only material you can skip without losing the story.

How it works

Open a show, and check off episodes as you watch. Progress is a percentage of the watch path (canon + mixed + anime canon), filler has its own one-tap "mark all filler as skipped" button, and the Next Up pointer always shows where you are. The Spoiler Shield blurs titles of episodes you have not reached yet, so you can use the list without spoiling yourself. Everything saves in your browser — come back on the same device and your checkmarks are still here.

Frequently asked questions

What is anime filler?

Filler episodes are anime-original episodes that do not adapt the source manga. They were usually made so the manga could get further ahead. They rarely affect the main story, which is why many viewers skip them.

What is the difference between manga canon, mixed, and anime canon?

Manga canon episodes adapt the manga directly. Mixed episodes blend manga material with filler scenes, so they should be watched. Anime canon episodes are original to the anime but written to fit its continuity, so they count as part of the watch path too.

How does the checklist track my progress?

Tap the checkbox next to an episode when you finish it. Your progress is saved in your own browser (localStorage) — no account, no sign-up — and each show is tracked separately.

What is the Spoiler Shield?

Episode titles can hint at plot twists. With the Spoiler Shield on (the default), titles of episodes you have not watched yet are blurred until you tap them. Episodes you have watched and your Next Up episode stay readable.

Which shows are covered?

Bleach, Naruto, Naruto Shippuden, One Piece, Boruto, Black Clover, Fairy Tail, Dragon Ball Z, Inuyasha, and Detective Conan (Case Closed) — 4,798 episodes in total.
